Are your pieces handmade?
Yes! Every piece is handmade by me, from assembling each design to creating many of the individual components.
Are your pieces one-of-a-kind?
Almost everything I make is one-of-a-kind. Occasionally, I’ll recreate a piece when there’s demand for a particular design, but because each piece is handmade, there may still be small variations.
Do you make your own charms, beads, and components?
I use a mix of handmade and curated components. I create many of my own charms and beads using materials like resin, clay, and other mediums. I also source beads and materials from other small sellers and keep an eye out for vintage and unique finds to incorporate into my designs.
Care
Can I wear your jewelry in water?
I recommend taking your jewelry off before swimming, showering, or wearing it in water. Many of my pieces are assembled using metal wire and other materials that can deteriorate over time with prolonged exposure to water. Keeping your jewelry dry will help it last longer.
What should I do if my piece breaks?
If your piece arrives damaged or breaks within 30 days of purchase, please reach out. Depending on the piece and the issue, I’ll either repair it or provide a replacement.
If your piece needs a repair after the 30-day period, feel free to contact me as well. I’m happy to see if it’s something I can fix.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
I aim to ship orders within 3 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, preference, or sizing.
As a very small handmade business, I’m unable to offer the same return policies as larger retailers. However, I want to make sure you receive your piece in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
